KEEPING IT 100: WHEN GOD’S PLAN GOT PUSHED ASIDE — AND WHY KINSTON DESERVES A NEW ELECTION IN 2026

Let me speak on this the way it needs to be spoken.

The 2025 Kinston election wasn’t just flawed — it was spiritually disrupted. God was moving, but somewhere along the way, people pushed His plan out of the way. And before the seat was even secured, the true colors started showing. That alone told me everything I needed to know. KINSTON WAS HEADED FOR DESTRUCTION !!!!

On December 31, 2025, I filed my Petition for Judicial Review in Wake County Superior Court. Not because I’m bitter. Not because I’m chasing a title. But because what happened in this election was not right, not fair, and not reflective of democracy. And I refuse to sit quietly while Kinston gets handed leadership we endorsed that has already displayed a lack of moral integrity and self serving tactics — leadership we settled for.

This fight is about truth, accountability, and restoring what God intended before people tried to interfere.

FORENSIC TIMELINE — THE REAL ONE

October 16 - November 4, 2025 — Election Day

Nearly 1,000 people voted for me. But during those days, people were turned away, ineligible voters were allowed to vote, and intimidation was happening at the polls. That’s not an election — that’s chaos. And the fact that I should have NEVER been on the ballot would grant those nearly 1000 votes to someone else in both races because of the close endorsements of candidates.

November 5–10, 2025 — Evidence Starts Pouring In

Witnesses came forward. Affidavits were signed. People spoke up because they knew something wasn’t right.

November 12–20, 2025 — Formal Challenges Filed

We filed everything by the book — voter roll issues, ballot handling problems, candidate eligibility concerns, all of it.

December 17, 2025 — The Board Dismisses EVERYTHING

Every single challenge. Dismissed. Just like that.

That’s when I knew God was exposing what needed to be exposed. Because the behavior, the arrogance, the lack of accountability — it all came out before the seat was even warm.

December 31, 2025 — I Take It to Wake County

I filed my Petition for Judicial Review. If the Board won’t do right, the courts will have to.

January 2026 — Preparing for the Next Step

If Wake County doesn’t fix it, I’m ready to take it to the Court of Appeals, and if needed, the NC Supreme Court. I’m not stopping until justice is served.

THE MAYORAL TRUTH — AND I’M SAYING IT OUT LOUD

Let’s be honest: The person who was elected mayor has already shown they are not the best choice for the people. He has made no contact with the people he was elected to work with but has instead been on the prowl making deals with the evils in our town. The proof came early. The attitude came early. The true colors came early.

And to be perfectly honest, I hope the courts order a new election. Not out of spite — but because Kinston deserves better than a condescending narcissist, who could NEVER win the race again !!!!

And when and if that new election comes, I pray new candidates step forward. People with integrity. People with vision. People who actually care about this city and not just the title.

We didn’t choose a leader — we settled for one. And settling is not God’s plan for Kinston, especially when settling look as bad as it does right now.

PRAYERS FOR OUR CITY COUNCIL WINNERS

If a re‑election is ordered, the City Council seats will be included. My prayer is simple: That the ones who earned their seats through honesty and hard work will keep their victory. They deserve to stay right where they are.

THE COURT TIMELINE — HOW LONG THIS CAN TAKE

Here’s the truth about how long this process can run:

Wake County Superior Court: 30–90 days

NC Court of Appeals: 3–6 months

NC Supreme Court: 2–4 months

New Election (if ordered): Late 2026 or early 2027

New officials seated: After certification

No one new can be seated until the courts finish, a new election is ordered, the election is held, and the results are certified. That’s the legal reality.

THE BOTTOM LINE — GOD IS RESETTING THIS CITY

This fight is bigger than me. Bigger than politics. Bigger than personalities.

This is about truth. This is about accountability. This is about restoring what God intended before people tried to interfere.

We didn’t lose — we learned. We didn’t fail — we saw the truth. And now we’re walking boldly into the next step.

I’m not just appealing a decision. I’m appealing to justice, to faith, and to the future of Kinston.

And this time? We’re not settling.
